Best tip to lose weight

We all want to lose weight and we all have a busy schedule. What can people do who have a busy schedule? They can follow this simple tip and they will start losing weight. This can take some time and people will see some slow results. But something is always better than nothing.

It is always good to start losing weight instead of living an unhealthy life.
If you have read other posts on my blog, you probably know that I place lot of importance to cardio when you want to lose weight. There are many reasons for this.

Cardio burns lot of calories and this is one of thing that you need when you want to lose. You should eat nutritious food that is low in calories and you should avoid eating junk food. To supplement the fat loss process, you should do some kind of cardio exercise to burn that extra fat.

If you are busy and you don’t like going for a run, swim etc, there is one think that you should definitely do. What is that? You should go for walk for at least 30 minutes every day. If you do this you will notice that you have started losing inches. This will happen if you also control your diet.

This may be a simple tip and you might think whatever!! Trust me, even I thought that walking doesn’t help and I always felt that I should go for a run because that burns more calories. My attitude changed when I started walking 2 to 3 km every day. Within a month, I lost inches and I started feeling better.

So I would suggest following this advice and start going for a walk every day. It’s one thing to know something and other thing to put it into use. You will only see results if you turn this simple tip into ACTION. So become an action star and go for a walk every day.

Breakfast – the most important meal in a day

Did you know that breakfast is the most important meal in your day? There are many reasons for this and I would like to share some of them in this post.

Breakfast is important because when you are sleeping, that time your body is resting and you can’t eat anything at that time.

To lose weight we all need to eat 5 to 6 small meals in a day instead of gulping down food three times. The reason behind this is that your body can only use certain amount of calories. Rest all the calories are turned into fat.

When you eat 5 to 6 small meals, you make sure that your body gets a steady flow of nutrients throughout the day. You have to give your body a steady flow of nutrients. This will also ensure that you don’t feel hungry and you get the right nutrition.

When you are sleeping, it is like fasting and you are not giving any nutrition to your body.

This is the reason breakfast means “break” “fast”. In the other words break the fast.

When you get up in the morning, you need lot of nutrients and when you eat a good breakfast, you will feel energetic throughout the day.

It is also said that you should eat like a king in the morning and eat like a pauper in the night. The reason behind this is that when you eat lot of calories in the morning, you are active throughout the day. Because of this increased activity, you are able to burn the calories that you consume.

If you eat a heavy meal by just going to sleep, then most of the calories can be converted to fat. The reason behind this is that you are not that active during the night. When you are sleeping or resting, you can burn fewer calories.

So the logic behind this is that you should eat a good breakfast in the morning and you should consume fewer calories before you go to sleep.
