There are sometimes when you are on a weight loss diet and you break the diet. You indulge in some junk food. When you do this you often feel guilty and bad about yourself.
I would like to say that we all are human and sometimes it’s ok if you break your diet.
But the important thing is that you should not repeat the same mistake again. If you had some junk food, make it a point you don’t eat it again until you lose the weight.
Some people think that as they have broken their diet, they can eat whatever they want now. They should not do this. This is wrong thinking.
If you are on a wrong way, you will always turn back. So if you break your diet, don’t keep going that way because you will end someplace you never wanted to go in the first place.
Turn back again. Same applies with your diet turn back again and you should be mentally strong and you should be able to battle your demons.
I have always believed and said that losing weight or achieving anything worthwhile in life is all in the brain. When you think right, you will see miracles in your life.
Attitude is the most important thing and you become what your thoughts are. Period!
The best thing is not to break your diet but if you do, just turn around and start following the path that will lead to you goal.
I would also like to say that when you are on a diet, the best thing you can do is total abstinence from junk food. Junk food is made such a way that you cant stop after eating only one chip or one cookie. They are made in such a way that they are addictive.
So the best thing that you can always do is that don’t take the first bite.
